2004 Washington State Syrah
265 Cases Produced
A generous
bouquet of blackberries, blueberries, and violets are prominent against a
backdrop of smoke and cedar. Rich flavors of dark fruit, vanilla and
spice lead to a long finish. A lush mouth feel and soft tannins are easy
on the palate and allow this wine to be enjoyed early. While it drinks
well now, this wine will continue to develop in the bottle for 3-5 years.
Try with grilled meats or strong flavored cheeses.
